- 4 slices white bread (cut into halves or quarters)
- 3–4 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Me Soo Yum Schezwan Sauce
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- ½ tsp chaat masala or amchur (dry mango powder)
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- ½ tsp red chilli powder (for batter)
- Salt to taste (for batter)
- Water (to make batter)
- Oil for deep frying (use cold pressed sunflower oil)

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with onion, Me Soo Yum Schezwan sauce, green chilli, ginger, coriander, chaat masala (or amchur), and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble Pakora:
Take one bread slice or half slice, spread 1–2 teaspoons of potato filling on it, and cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich. Press edges gently.

In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, gradually add water to make a smooth, thick batter.

Coat and Fry:
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan. Dip each stuffed sandwich into the batter, coating evenly on all sides, then immediately deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

Remove pakoras and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
