It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible.
How do I know if an item is eligible for a return?
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
- However, you are eligible for a product replacement if you do receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- In such a scenario, requests within 48 hours of the package having been delivered will be accepted.
If you require a product to be replaced, please ensure the following:
- Details such as order number, images of the damaged product or incorrect product or any other customer concerns need to be emailed to sales@mesooyum.com
- Please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect products received.
- In the case of a defect in the product in terms of its quality, the authorised representatives of MeSooYum shall evaluate the request and on inspection thereon, shall re-ship the replacement if and only if there is a defect in the product in terms of its quality per se.
- In certain extreme cases, you can also be eligible for a refund on damaged or spoiled products received , subject to the above-mentioned conditions being met.
What is the process to get a replacement or refund?
- You need to inform us by email at sales@mesooyum.com within 48 hours of the goods having been delivered, stating the reason for the replacement or refund and with your order number as the subject line. If we are not informed within 48 hours regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
- Please await an email confirmation from our end to initiate the replacement.
- For all valid claims, you can either choose to get your product replaced or take store credit.
- Store credit will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.

- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
- We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order could be delayed. You will be informed via WhatsApp/Email upon dispatch of the order.
- Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 working days for delivery to your address.
- Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Me Soo Yum (Avavi Innovations LLP) is not liable

- How does the deliver process work?
- Our delivery process is extremely seamless, once the order is placed, products are inspected, packaged and then shipped with our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
What are the charges for shipping in India?
- We offer FREE shipping across India on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999 a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- We offer cash-on-delivery services all over India for a standard fee of ₹75.
Cancellations:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled nor any changes will be accepted once the order is placed.
- In case of multiple payments received for a single order, the payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days to the account holder’s original mode of payment and cannot be paid to any third party account.
