Sauces –
Me Soo Yum Bhut Jolokia Chilli Oil Infused with Honey,
Me Soo Yum Hot Honey Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 Seabass fillets
- 2 tbsp Me Soo Yum Bhut Jolokia Chilli Oil infused with Honey
- 1 tbsp Me Soo Yum Hot Honey Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cold pressed oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Directions:
Step 1:
Marinate the Seabass:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Me Soo Yum Bhut Jolokia Chilli Oil Infused with Honey, Me Soo Yum Hot Honey Chilli Stir Fry Sauce, light soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, cold pressed oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seabass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
Step 2:
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 3:
Bake the Seabass:
- Place the Seabass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the seabass is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 4:
Cook the sauce:
- Cook the leftover marinade sauce in a small pan, and let it sizzle till it becomes sticky.
Step 5:
Garnish and Serve:
- Pour the sauce over the cooked seabass fillets and Garnish with sliced green onions.
