Ingredients:
- 200g raw peeled & deveined raw prawns (medium sized)
- Me Soo Yum Hot Honey Chilli Stir Fry Sauce– 30 ml
- Me Soo Yum Schezwan Sauce – 30 ml
- Light soy sauce- 1 tbsp
- Juice of half a lime
- Spring onion bulbs (white part), Diced- 3-4
- Chives- half cup
- Roasted white sesame – 1 tsp
- Garlic, diced- 4 cloves
- Ginger, diced- ½ inch
- Salt ( as per taste)
- Water- 2 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- ½ tsp vinegar
Directions:
Step 1:
Wash and marinate prawns with vinegar and sprinkle salt, set it aside.
Step 2:
For sauce
- In a bowl combine Me Soo Yum Hot Honey Chilli Stir Fry Sauce, Me Soo Yum Schezwan Sauce, light soy, and water.
Step 3:
Take a pan, heat it on medium flame, add oil.
Step 4:
Add Ginger, cook for 30 seconds, add spring onion bulbs and garlic, cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 5:
Add prawns, and the sauce with half of the chives. Cook till prawns are cooked and sauce becomes sticky and prawns are well coated in the sauce.
Step 6:
Garnish it with a squeeze of lime, roasted sesame seed and leftover chives.
Step 7:
Serve immediately.
