Shelf life?
Refrigerate after opening, use within 30–45 days. Unopened: 9–12 months from manufacture date.
How spicy?
Varies. Bhut Jolokia = very hot. OG Chilli Garlic = medium. Thai Chilli Jam = mild-sweet. Heat level shown on each product page.
Suitable for kids?
Thai Sweet & Sour Dressing and Scallion Pepper Dip are milder. Most other products are adult-heat level.
