Preservatives, numbers, things you can't pronounce.
Then taste it, it doesn't taste like the real thing. It
tastes like a compromise. We got tired of
compromising. So we fixed it.
So We Made Our Own.
Mesooyum started with a simple rule: if we wouldn't
eat it ourselves, it doesn't go in the jar. Every recipe
built from scratch real ingredients, nothing
artificial, no shortcuts. Inspired by Bangkok street
stalls, Chengdu noodle shops, Tokyo izakayas.

We never planned to launch a brand. We just couldn’t stop cooking.
Me Soo Yum was founded by Avantika and Rahul with a shared vision to create high-quality, clean-label sauces that deliver bold flavour without compromising on health. Drawing from Avantika’s passion for culinary experimentation and Rahul’s background in hospitality and food service, the brand was built on a deep commitment to authenticity and ingredient integrity, ensuring you always get the authentic, honest taste.
It all started in our own kitchen, experimenting, spilling, tasting, and perfecting recipes at home. Somewhere between the midnight noodle cravings and Sunday dim sum feasts, we realised something: most pantry staples out there came loaded with things we couldn’t pronounce, let alone want to eat. Sure, the market wasn’t serving up the clean stuff… but for us, it was never just about filling a gap. It was about sharing our love for food, food that’s rich in flavour, made with the good stuff, and never short on soul.
What began as a passion project turned into Me Soo Yum, and while we started with sauces, our journey isn’t limited to them. Whatever we create next, you can bet it’ll carry the same promise: honest ingredients, bold taste, and a whole lot of heart. Every product is crafted to bring both convenience and elevated taste to modern kitchens, whether for a quick weekday meal or a gourmet weekend spread.
